Yes, weekly and bi-weekly bookings under the Villa Pro package receive a reduced per-visit rate compared to one-time cleaning. Hotel and estate contracts are billed monthly at a fixed rate agreed in advance.
How do you calculate hotel cleaning rates?
Hotel and multi-unit pricing depends on the number of rooms, turnover frequency, and whether laundry coordination is required. We provide a written quote after a short site assessment in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payment on completion of each visit. Hotel and estate contracts are typically invoiced monthly with payment terms agreed in the service contract.
Can I change or cancel a scheduled cleaning?
Yes, bookings can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice through our contact line. Recurring contracts under Villa Pro or Hotel & Estate plans include flexible rescheduling within the agreed terms.
Is a deep clean priced differently from a standard clean?
